If you'd prefer to send the gift directly, simply enter the recipient's email and details at checkout, and it will be delivered straight to them.

Booking Policies
Please review our policies carefully prior to booking. We kindly ask that any rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the service.
To ensure the integrity of each experience, appointments cannot be honored once they have begun late — even if you notify us in advance — and will be charged at 100% of the service cost. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Each appointment is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you, and we deeply appreciate your understanding and respect of our time.

Questions
Yes — our head spa rituals and standard skincare treatments are safe and relaxing during pregnancy. We use Oway and iS Clinical products. Chemical peels and more advanced treatments should be avoided. As long as you're comfortable lying on your back for 60–90 minutes, we would be honored to care for you.
No preparation needed! We take care of everything using our luxury Oway scalp and haircare products. Simply arrive, relax, and let us pamper you.
Unfortunately, we cannot perform head spa treatments on clients with extensions. We want to protect the integrity of your extensions and ensure we can properly access and treat the scalp. We recommend enjoying a nourishing scalp ritual during any periods when your extensions are out.
Our providers are licensed estheticians, not cosmetologists, so we do not offer blowouts or hairstyling services. Each treatment room is equipped with a Dyson blow dryer, professional brushes, and elevated finishing products should you wish to style your hair following your service.
Yes! We offer double appointments based on availability. These sessions are in separate rooms located right next to each other. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for pairs.
We are located at 1224 Post Road, Fairfield, CT, directly across from Malto/Brick Walk up the small hill. Look for the navy-blue building in the back — you'll see our signage and have plenty of parking.
Yes. We host exclusive private spa celebrations with a full shutdown of the spa for you and your guests. Events must be booked at least 2 months in advance, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your private package includes signature treatments, balloon installation, curated décor, two bottles of champagne, appetizers, dessert board, and more.
Yes. We offer exclusive, full-day 1:1 Head Spa training intensives with Kate, founder and owner of Sanctuary Scalp + Skin. This private training is designed for licensed professionals. For training inquiries, please email info@sanctuaryscalpandskin.com.
